H:7.5 x W:9 cm – The act of smudging is done with a smudge bowl with the appropriate Smudge sticks or resins. Place your lite smudge stick directly in the hole allowing the ash to drop into the bowl. Or 3/4 fill your smudge bowl with sand and burn a Charcoal Tablet with your choice of resin or herbs. When using charcoal tablets, the Smudge bowl should be 3/4 filled with sand or a flat stone to prevent overheating the bowl.
