Learn about plants that are easy to grow, hardy and handy. There is a multitude of plants around us that can be used to enhance our health and spirit. Kylie will run through four of the common plants, give you the ability to identify and use these plants.

We will be tasting different herbal infusions, journaling about past experiences with these plants, creating a smoke wand and of course a better connection to the plant .
