Join Natasha on the Matt, Natasha will be facilitating a movement Meditation 🧘♀️, for those who find it hard to turn the thinking mind off this is the meditation to slow down the mind and enter a calmer state of being.
Align the Chakras, open the hips and shhhhh the mind✨.
Wear loose fitting clothing, we will be practicing Gentle movements, stretch’s, breathing. All equipment supplied.
