In my classes, you’ll find a gentle, nurturing and supportive environment based on the hatha style of yoga with some yin yoga sprinkled in. As someone who deeply understands the nervousness of walking into their first yoga class, I’m passionate about creating a space where everyone feels truly welcome and valued.
In these classes numbers are small, questions are welcomed, and perfect poses aren’t the goal. Instead, we focus on what yoga really means and what it can bring to our daily lives:
– Finding moments of calm in our busy world
– Building strength and flexibility at our own pace
– Creating space for self-care and reflection
– Developing a deeper connection with our bodies
– Managing stress and anxiety through breath and movement
– Improving balance and posture
– Getting better sleep and energy levels
