🌿 Movement Meditation with Natasha
Movement Meditation is a gentle, embodied way to settle the mind by first softening the body. For anyone who finds it hard to “switch off” or sit still, this practice offers a kinder pathway inward. Through slow, mindful movement, the thinking mind begins to quiet, the breath deepens, and the whole system shifts into a calmer state of being.

• Opening the hips to release stored tension
