SUMMARY:Sonic Infusion a journey through sound
DESCRIPTION:Sound Infused Sonic Healing an intuitive Meditation.Join Kevin for a deeply restorative Sound Journey featuring a powerful selection of Crystal-Infused Singing Bowls\, a Crystal Harp tuned to 432 Hz (the DNA healing frequency)\, and a range of sonic-producing healing tools designed to support deep relaxation and energetic alignment. Each participant will receive an intuitively selected crystal for their meditation experience\, along with a take-home information card to continue your journey beyond the session.\nHow It WorksSonic healing uses instruments that create pure\, resonant tones — such as crystal singing bowls\, drums and tuning forks. These sounds don’t just wash over you; they interact with your nervous system\, your energy field\, and even the subtle rhythms of your breath and heartbeat.\nPeople often experience:• Deep relaxation• A quieting of the mind• Emotional release• A sense of spaciousness or clarity• Gentle energetic realignment\n What to Expect• A guided settling to help your body relax• A flowing soundscape using bowls\, drums• Moments of stillness for integration• A gentle return to the present with grounding techniques• A personal crystal chosen intuitively for your journey\n Who It’s ForEveryone is welcome — no experience needed. Just bring your open heart and willingness to rest.\n What to Bring• Comfortable clothing• Water bottle• Optional: Extra blanket\, pillow\, eye mask (bolsters\, blankets and pillows are provided).\n WhereWisdom Is Yours – Wellbeing Centre\n Energy Exchange$25 per person
