DESCRIPTION:The Living Temple – Spring Equinox\nEmbodiment | Tea | Meditation\nThe Living Temple is a series of gatherings devoted to the turning of the year.\nThe word temple evokes a place of worship. Here\, with The Living Temple\, we turn our attention towards what is already sacred: the seasons\, the earth\, our bodies\, transformation and the mystery of being alive.\nEach gathering is an opportunity to return to nature and to ourselves\, to notice where we are within the greater rhythms of the living world\, and to honour the season we are moving through.\nFor the Spring Equinox\, we gather at a moment of balance\, when day and night meet as equals and the earth begins to stir with new life.\nThis is a time of emergence\, renewal and gentle awakening. Even though our event is a few days before the actual equinox\, it allows us to connect with this energy and move through it easefully.\nThrough embodied movement\, a tea ceremony and guided meditation\, we will slow down enough to listen. To feel the changing season within our own bodies. To soften into what is emerging\, and to consider what we are ready to nurture as we move into the brighter half of the year.\nA space to breathe.A space to listen.A space to reconnect with the living world\, and with the living temple within you.\nThe Living Temple can be experienced either in person or online.
